It goes without saying that we all often use self talk though in most cases this practice appears to be troublesome for our lives. But the matter is that it doesn’t matter that you were always told seriously may be it was just an attempt to make fun of you and nothing else. But certainly you took offence considering this seriously. I can understand the nasty feeling of this condition. But at the same things mentioned above have nothing common with the power of your self talk. In fact you can always avoid those people treating you inappropriately. But to my great regret you can’t hide of your self talk. Your negative self talk is what you should take into consideration first of all.

There’s no space for you to retreat any more. You are to take control of yourself right now otherwise you’ll become loser and people won’t be tired calling you like this. I hope you don’t want to obtain such a nasty image. By the way there’s one useful technique to tackle this problem. You should sing psalms while keeping God in your heart. It’s advisable to read the Bible very often reinforcing your Christian belief. It’s nobody’s concern to call you a loser and stupid creature. But it’s not concern of yours too. God only knows who you are and nobody else on the Earth. Remember that you can be victorious relying on God in spite of somebody’s point of view.
