The floral print tights, ill-pitting fluffy sweater and flats, when combined, look straight out of your local canasta game and don’t do anything for her great figure.

Somehow, her friend managed to do even worse – boring black tights, bicolor rubber flip-flops, and a top that looks like it was styled after the undershirt of a much larger man. Are these New Yorkers spending all their money on rent or something???

Thankfully, Whitney at least had the presence of mind to put on a nice Chanel Classic Flap Bag, even if it’s the sort of thing that I would expect to occupy the closet of her Hills costar Lauren Conrad.
