The Queen Bee of Manhattan’s social scene is back, wearing an utterly stunning ensemble— just the perfect outfit to match her personality. Leighton Meester is really lucky to have the character that she has in Gossip Girl and that she’s also very lucky to wear something really elegant and stunning.

What is surprising anyway is I haven’t seen this kind of 360 hobo renditon from the designer yet.
